Proposition 5:
Shall Uintah County, Utah, be authorized to impose a quarter of one percent (0.25% or the equivalent of 1 cent for every $4 spent) sales tax for the authorized purposes of transportation services such as roads, traffic and pedestrian safety, public transit and non-motorized transportation? With 10% of the revenues generated being allocated to the Basin Transit Association, and the balance being allocated per statute among the Cities and County.
