Friday, October 30th, is our day to count the inventory. At the Quarry Visitor Center, things can be counted in the store room and the postcard cabinet early in the day–then after lunch, we can start counting in the store. It doesn’t take very long with everybody dividing up the room
We will bring pizza and dessert to feed everyone and when the counting is all done and we’re sure we haven’t missed anything, we should be able to go home at the regular time. Ron may stay and finish doing all of the computer entry.
This is critical at this time of year to get everything back in line and make sure our numbers are correct… and the straighter the store is that day, the easier it will be.
