PPCA Semiannual Meeting Hosted by DINO & INHA

INHA enjoyed hosting the semiannual meeting of the Peaks, Plateaus and Canyons Association (PPCA) in Vernal and at Dinosaur National Monument.

Representatives came from Grand Canyon Conservancy, Intermountain Natural History Association, Glen Canyon Conservancy, Zion National Park Forever Project, Arizona Natural History Association, Bryce Canyon Natural History Association, Canyonlands Natural History, Colorado National Monument Association, Mesa Verde Museum Association, Petrified Forest Museum Association, & Dixie/Arizona Strip Interpretive Association.

We also enjoyed meeting with, and learning from, visitors from the Intermountain Region of the National Park Service and many of our NPS Chiefs of Interpretation and Association Coordinators from our various parks.

The Peaks, Plateaus and Canyons Association (PPCA) is a network of non-profit cooperating associations representing public lands throughout the Colorado Plateau. PPCA covers such diverse lands as red rock canyons, white gypsum sand dunes, dinosaur quarries, geologic wonders, historic pioneer ranches and so much more!
