Friday, July 31st, is our day to count the inventory. It doesn’t show on the schedule but everyone should plan to count inventory on that day. At the Quarry Visitor Center, things can be counted in the store room and the postcard cabinet during the day–then at about 5:30 – 5:45 PM, we can start counting in the store. It doesn’t take very long with everybody dividing up the room
We will bring pizza and dessert to feed everyone and when the counting is all done and we’re sure we haven’t missed anything, we’ll let you go home. Ron will stay and finish doing all of the computer entry.
This is critical at this time of year to get everything back in line and make sure our numbers are correct… and the straighter the store is that day, the easier it will be.
Please plan to be on hand and maybe earn a couple of extra hours of pay. Thanks for all you do!
