Be Thankful

Customer service can be amazing.

Sure, we encounter more than our fair share of challenges (and challenging customers!), but we also get to do a lot of good.

We get to help people. Impact their lives. Make their days a little better or easier. That’s pretty awesome.

We also get to meet a lot of wonderful people. Interesting customers who make our jobs fun. Coworkers who inspire us. Bosses who help bring out our best performance.

This week, take a moment to be thankful for all those things.
