Some folks may not see much difference between the credit-card batches shown in the photo… but you can really make our life a little easier if you will notice the difference. The batch on the bottom is stacked very neatly, as compact as possible with the “Settlement Report” showing clearly. It has then been stapled once and will lie flat and is easy to read.
The other two are showing the “Settlement Report” but the whole stack is somewhat random and hanging out all over the place, not very neat and easy to stack with other batches. There is also a big loop of paper hanging out of the back which might catch and rip on things if not carefully handled.
On the neat and tidy one, the “Settlement Report” is folded in an accordion fashion and is wholly on top of the individual receipts.
Not a big thing, but it’s the little things that help keep everyone in a better mood on a day-to-day basis. Give it a try! It will be greatly appreciated.
